Like Green4Green, it is financed with federal stimulus dollars. We hope to launch in Fall 2011 and make it a certificate program for which professionals (ASLA, AIA, APA, etc.) can get CE credits. At Collin O'Mara's direction, I worked with the Home Buidlers and the Sustainable Energy Utility to launch Green for Green. Just a note, only subdivisions located outside the state's Level 4 (rural) area are eligible for the program, with a few exceptions. Most of the registered subdivisions to date (since the program launched) are in Sussex County, though. Susan, I love your blog – hope to make it to the next green drinks.
